We only collect information you choose to give us. That means:
We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Ever.
We will not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form. Those are separate choices.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the site can function. These may include our form handling provider, our email provider, our calendar scheduling provider, and our web host. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any email we send.
You can ask us to show you what data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email manik@forgestudios.art and we will action it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Third party scripts we load, such as our animation library served from a public CDN, may log standard request information such as your IP address as part of delivering the file.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
