Who we are

Forge Studios is a creative and growth agency operating at forgestudios.art. If you have any question about this policy or about data we hold on you, email manik@forgestudios.art.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That means:

• Your name, email address and anything else you write, when you email us directly
• The details you provide when booking a strategy call through our scheduling link, which is handled by Google Calendar

This site has no contact form and no newsletter signup. There is nothing on it that collects your details in the background.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Ever.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry
• To schedule and prepare for a strategy call

We will not add you to any mailing list because you emailed us.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the site can function: our email provider, Google Calendar for scheduling, and our web host. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email manik@forgestudios.art and we will action it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

Cookies and third parties

Every file this site needs is served from our own domain. The fonts, the animation libraries, the images and the video are all hosted here, so loading a page does not tell any other company that you visited. We set no advertising cookies and we do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.

We run no analytics and no tracking of any kind on this site, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Booking a call opens Google Calendar, which is Google's service under Google's own privacy policy. That only happens if you click the booking link.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
