The terms,
in plain English.

Agreement

By using forgestudios.art you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This website describes the services Forge Studios offers and shows examples of work we have done. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Any engagement between us begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.

Results and case studies

The figures shown in our case studies are pulled from real client analytics and are accurate as reported. They describe what happened for those specific clients under those specific conditions.

They are not a guarantee, a projection, or a promise of what will happen for you. Content performance depends on your market, your offer, your existing audience, your niche and factors outside anyone's control, including platform algorithms. Any business engagement carries risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including copy, design, graphics, video and the Forge Studios name and marks, belongs to Forge Studios unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, republish or repurpose it commercially without written permission.

Client work shown on this site remains the property of the respective clients and appears here with their knowledge.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
